Agus menjual mobil tersebut, kemudian uang dari hasil penjualan mobil tersebut ia kembanglan untuk dp 3 buah mobil yang nanti nya akan ia sewakan kembali. Segmen pasar dalam usaha rental tersebut biasa nya adalah keluarga, orang kantoran dan anak-anak muda. Pelayanan yang Bpk. Agus berikan adalah memberikan kenyamanan terbaik untuk pengguna rent car nya. Dengan fasilitas mobil keluaran tahun 2010-2011, ac double blower dan supir yang handal. Keuntungan yang di rasakan Bpk. Agus dari usaha sewa mobil nya ini adalah iya dapat memiliki mobil gratis tanpa membayar cicilan mobil tersebut, karena omset sewa per 1 unit mobil dapat menutupi cicilan ketiga mobil tersebut, dan bahkan ia masih bias mendapatkan keuntungan yang lumayan besar di luar kewajiban nya untuk membayar cicilan-cicilan mobil tersebut.

I have two hamster, one male one female. Lady is my female hamster names, and Gaga is the male. I named them Lady Gaga inspired from a singer name Lady Gaga. At First i want to name them Mark and Britney, but i think Lady Gaga more easier to call. Lady is a name for a female, and Gaga can be a name of male/female. Lady-Gaga is a red-eye type, why the type called red-eye? cause they have a red eyes, of course. They have a a thick fur and sharp teeth, so do not ever stick your finger into their cage, or you'll get your finger bleeding.

A hamsters usually gave birth many baby hamsters (4-5 babies), but a red-eye type don't. Red-eye type have a long time to have a baby hamsters, and when they do, the babies hamster born only 1-2 babies. Thats why a price of one red-eye hamster cost Rp 100.000-150.000.

Hamster food are grains, rice, sun flower seeds, and biscuits special for hamster. The cage should clean once a week, and don't forget to gave them a drink with a vitamin in it. A sawdust should put in their cage to make them warm in the night when they're sleep. Maintain a hamster is not difficult, just clean the cage once in a wekk and gave them  a powder sunbathing (special for hamster) in their sunbath crock.

Direct-Indirect Speech

We often have to give information about what people say or think. In order to do this you can use direct or quoted speech, or indirect or reported speech.

Direct Speech / Quoted Speech

Saying exactly what someone has said is called direct speech (sometimes called quoted speech)

Here what a person says appears within quotation marks ("...") and should be word for word.

For example:

She said, "Today's lesson is on presentations."

or

"Today's lesson is on presentations," she said.

Indirect Speech / Reported Speech

Indirect speech (sometimes called reported speech), doesn't use quotation marks to enclose what the person said and it doesn't have to be word for word.

When reporting speech the tense usually changes. This is because when we use reported speech, we are usually talking about a time in the past (because obviously the person who spoke originally spoke in the past). The verbs therefore usually have to be in the past too.

For example:

"I'm going to the cinema", he said.	He said he was going to the cinema.

Tense change

As a rule when you report something someone has said you go back a tense: (the tense on the left changes to the tense on the right):

You can use the present tense in reported speech if you want to say that something is still true i.e. my name has always been and will always be Lynne so:-

You can also use the present tense if you are talking about a future event.

Time change

If the reported sentence contains an expression of time, you must change it to fit in with the time of reporting.

For example we need to change words like here and yesterday if they have different meanings at the time and place of reporting.

Reporting Verbs

Said, told and asked are the most common verbs used in indirect speech.

We use asked to report questions:-

For example: I asked Lynne what time the lesson started.

We use told with an object.

For example: Lynne told me she felt tired.

We usually use said without an object.

For example: Lynne said she was going to teach online.

If said is used with an object we must include to ;

For example: Lynne said to me that she'd never been to China.

!Note - We usually use told.

For example: Lynne told me that she'd never been to China.

There are many other verbs we can use apart from said, told and asked.

These include:-

accused, admitted, advised, alleged, agreed, apologised, begged, boasted, complained, denied, explained, implied, invited, offered, ordered, promised, replied, suggested and thought.

Using them properly can make what you say much more interesting and informative.

For example:

He asked me to come to the party:-

He invited me to the party.

He begged me to come to the party.

He ordered me to come to the party.

He advised me to come to the party.

He suggested I should come to the party.

Use of 'That' in reported speech

In reported speech, the word that is often used.

For example: He told me that he lived in Greenwich.

However, that is optional.

For example: He told me he lived in Greenwich.

Reba Enters Country Hall of Fame

            It was only fitting on a night when women received their due at the Country Music Hall of Fame that Reba McEntire would take a moment to give special thanks to fellow inductee Jean Shepard.

            “Thank you for coming before me  and paving the way for girl singers,” a teary McEntire said to Shepard after being inducted by Dolly Parton. “I couldn’t have done it without you and I’m honored beyond words to be inducted with you.”

            Those two pioneering women and Bobby Braddock, an iconic song writer whose inclusion begins to right a wrong, were welcomed in a star-studied and humor-filled ceremony at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

            Parton surprised McEntire with her appearance and celebrated the redheaded spithre who has had more than 50 top 10 hits and more No.1 albums than any other female country artist. “Reba and I kind of feel like sisters,” Parton said. “We both through the years have had enough hair to stuff a mattress.”

            The 56-year-old McEntire has been a consistent force in Nashville for three decades and remains one of country music’s  most recognized and beloved stars. She’s been name-checked as an influence  in both music and business by virtually every young female country singer of note.

            She started charting songs in 1976 and rode a string of No.1 hits to a Country Music Association entertainer of the year award in 1986 and remains a presence at the top of the charts on every nominations list. She also succeeded on television, where her self-titled sitcom still runs daily in syndication, on Broadway and is the face of several product lines.

            She was celebrated by fellow Oklahomas Garth Brooks, who sang her Grammy-winning Whoever’s in New England and Vince Gill, who sang Somebody Should Leave. And Martina McBride and Kelly Clarkson performed Does He Love You? Together in one of the evening’s more powered performance’s.

            McEntire, whose induction has been colored by her father Clarks’s recent illness, choked up brieflytalking about the championship rodeo rider. She said she once asked him what was more fun, the winning or the journey to get there. He told her it was the journey, of course.

            “I agree with dad 100 percent,” she said. Without Sherpad, the path McEntire and today’s legion of hit making women would have had it much tougher. Shepard broke into country music’s male dominated world in the 1950’s ny kicking down the door with an outsized personality  and voice to match.

            Of women in country music at the time , the 77-year-old Shepard said : “There wasn’t none of us. I was happy to do my part. I hung in there like a hair on a grilled cheese.”

            Shepard, one of 10 children born to a poor sharecropping family in Oklahoma that eventually moved to California, sang from the female point of view. Her honkytonk style and plain-spoken approach won her fans “ignored in Washington and dismissed by Madison Avenue,” said hall of fame director Kyle Young, who served as the evening’s host.

Lady Gaga Finally Hatches ‘Born This Way’

            She once performed in New York’s small bars searching for followers, but pop’s reigning queen Lady Gaga will likely score a huge audience when her second full-length studio album is officially leased next week.

            Early reviews for Born This Way,  which has already leaked onto the Internet ahead of the official May 23 release, have been modest. But a publicity blitz and Gaga’s social media power should produce strong sales regardless of whether it is any better than her first studio album The Fame, say music experts.

            “The first week sales figures are going to be pretty massive; after that, it will be up to the people to decide whether it really has legs,” Leah Greenblatt, music critic for Entertainment Weekly told Reuters. “But doesn’t she win either way? Clearly, we can’t stop talking about  her, and we won’t anytime soon.”

            Ensuring the 25 year-old New York singer’s chances, Greenblatt noted that Interscope Records, part of Universal Music Group, was ‘blanketing the album at every retail outlet short of Baskins Robbins.”

            Billboard said Gaga would likely oust British singer Adele’s 21--- the biggest selling album of the year with 1.7 million copies and counting --- from her eight week reign at the top of the Hot 200 album charts.

            “Born This Way” could be set for first week US in the range of 450,000 to 750,000 copies, according to Billboard. One fan website is devoted to getting the album to sell one million copies in its first week.

            Country singer Taylor Swift sold 1,047 million first copies of Speak Now in the United States last November, in what was the fastest selling new album in five years.

            Although the first four singles from Born This Way were already released, all fourteen tracks were streamed in Europe this week.

            Early reviews have been positive, if not glowing. Rolling Stone magazine said she still threw in some surprises. The single ‘Born This Way’ which moved one million iTunes downloads in just five days in February, “sounds different in the context of the album that shares its name: like an experiment in the audacious plus-sizing of Eighties dance-pop,” Rolling Stones said.

            The Lost Angeles review was less enthusiastic, noting with every style on the album from flamenco to blues, the “overriding influences are 70s disco and glam-rock”.

            But although there were interesting moments, the album wasn’t groundbreaking.

            “If Gaga had only spent as much time on pushing musical boundaries as she has social one, ‘Born This Way’ would have been a lot more successful.”

            Such is Gaga’s influence that she ousted Oprah Winfrey to claim No.1 in Forbes annual “The Celebrity 100” list that measures power by entertainment – related earnings, media visibility and social media popularity.

            “to make this record successful, all she needed to do was produce something – almost anything --- bold enough for people to react to. And Born This Way is , from the cover on in, a fire hose of such things,” New York Magazine said.

            Gaga, whose real name is Steffani Germanotta, is a master of managing her quickly image with flamboyant fashion choices and uniting a range of fans with messages of self-expressions, feminism, sexual freedom and inclusiveness.

            Greenblatt said Gaga, who has 32 million facebook fans and 10 million twitter followers, had “relentlessly hyped” the album for months.

            “She first came at us three years ago in this very sneaky way; her debut album sort of crept in the side door of pop culture and just built this incredible, organic  momentum. So in a lot of ways Born This Way is the opposite of that.”

            And she hasn’t shied away from again encouraging the eccentric image she promotes.
